Terms and conditions
1. Who we are
We are CellHack Wellness Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [company number to add], with our registered office at 1 Long Ln, London SE1 4PG, United Kingdom. Our VAT number is [VAT number to add, if registered]. We trade as CellHack and sell the food supplement Toro Prime™.
You can contact us by email at support@cellhack.io or by phone on +44 7808 092973. If we need to contact you, we will use the email address, phone number or postal address you gave us with your order.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place with us. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are buying as a consumer rather than for resale. Please read them before you order, and save a copy for your records.
We may change these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
3. Placing an order
Our website invites you to place an order; it is not an offer to sell. After you order, we send an email acknowledging that we have received it. A contract between us forms only when we send you a separate email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
If we cannot accept your order, for example because the product is out of stock, because we have identified a pricing or description error, or because we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and will not charge you. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Product photographs and packaging images are for illustration. Labels and formulations can change, so always read the label on the product you receive before use.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. See our shipping policy.
- We take payment by the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
- We charge your payment method when your order is dispatched, unless the checkout states otherwise.
- Discount codes cannot be used together unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices can change, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. If the correct price for a product is obviously wrong on our site and you could reasonably have recognised the error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery times, costs and what happens if delivery goes wrong are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
The products become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us, or to a safe place or neighbour where you have asked for that. You own them once we have received payment in full.
6. Cancelling and returning an order
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
There is one exception that matters for supplements: sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. This applies to opened bottles of Toro Prime. Our own 30-day guarantee goes further than the law and covers opened bottles, so most customers should use that instead.
Full details of how to cancel, how to return goods and when you get your money back are in our refund policy.
7. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If Toro Prime is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price, on the condition that you have taken the product as directed for at least 30 days. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them. It applies to one order per household.
8. Faulty or misdescribed products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If what you receive is damaged, faulty, past its best-before date on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us with a photograph and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, including your delivery costs. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
9. Using our products safely
Toro Prime is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. The product is intended for healthy adult men over 18. It contains a bovine-derived ingredient and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
If you are taking medication, have a medical condition, are being treated for low testosterone, or have any doubt, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop taking the product and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction. You can report a suspected side effect to the Food Standards Agency or your GP.
Any information on our website or in our marketing is general information, not medical advice, and is no substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
10. Your conduct and our content
All text, images, logos, product names and page designs on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false orders, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or introducing harmful code.
11. Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any business loss, since we supply products for domestic and private use.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, and under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
12. Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, contact us first at support@cellhack.io and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme. You can also take a consumer complaint to Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.
13. Other important terms
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will tell you in writing if we do.
- This contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce it.
- If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest continues in force.
- If we delay in enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
